These plans cover basic, regular visits and are customized to the specific needs of each patient, helping our patients budget for preventive dentistry and save on additional treatments.
Our team offers six different membership plans to make sure each patient receives the care they need. The plan that is right for the patient will be determined by our office based on a thorough examination of their oral health needs. HD100 6-Month Cleaning Plan
For $360 a year, this plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- Two examinations
- One set of bitewing X-rays
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
HD110 4-Month Cleaning Plan
For $460 a year, this plan includes:
- Three dental cleanings
- Two examinations
- One set of bitewing X-rays
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
HD120 Kids 11 and Under Plan
For $320 a year, this plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- Two examinations
- Two fluoride treatments
- One set of bitewing X-rays
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
HD130 New Patient Cleaning
For $470 a year, this plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- One comprehensive examination
- One full-mouth series of panoramic X-rays
- One periodic examination
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
HD140 4-Month Periodontal Cleaning Plan
For $590 a year, this plan includes:
- Three periodontal maintenance cleanings (every four months)
- Two examinations
- One set of bitewing X-rays
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
HD150 3-Month Periodontal Cleaning Plan
For $730 a year, this plan includes:
- Four periodontal maintenance cleanings (every three months)
- Two examinations
- One set of bitewing X-rays
- 15% discount on restorative services, excluding implants
- $500 off a comprehensive Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
